Yes. Each of the seven stages — Idea Validation, Business Model Development, Market Research & Positioning, Launch Planning, Operations Setup, Process Optimization, Growth Strategy — can be a discrete, self-contained engagement with its own deliverables and timeline.
Business consulting is the operations side of building a real, fundable Canadian company. Immigration services handle pathway selection, documentation, and program eligibility. The two often run in parallel — consulting builds the business that immigration applications then describe.
Engagements are scoped per stage. A typical Idea Validation runs 3–4 weeks; Business Model Development and Launch Planning are 4–6 weeks; Operations Setup and Growth Strategy are usually 6–8 weeks. We give a fixed price and clear deliverables before any work begins — no open-ended retainers.
Both. About half our engagements are with operating companies — process optimization, growth strategy, market repositioning, or readying for the next stage of investment.
